I was 13 when I started playing guitar, I started playing because of hearing CDs that belonged to my dad and seeing the Crossroads festival on DVD.

A couple of years ago I saw ZZ Top. The gig was great and I dragged my sister along.

I use a Fender stratocaster (60s classic player in sunburst) as my main guitar and I play through a fender Hot Rod Deluxe III. For the acoustic I play a Gibson J45.

When I first started playing, my biggest influence was Cream. I heard them thanks to my dad and I was blown away by the sound of all three of them. I was amazed by the sound of their live songs and the solos they would all perform at the same time. The album that got me hooked was Disraeli Gears and my favourite song by them is Tales of Brave Ulysses.
