How long have you been playing?

Since I was about four believe it or not, used to bang on pots and pans. Kinda came naturally as my Pops was a musician, also a drummer, and upright bass and vocals.

What was the first concert you ever went to?

Around 68, San Francisco in the park......Santana, everybody passing gallon jugs of wine and dobbies around and of course the good music!

What gear do you use?

I've used Camco,Pearl,Slingerland,Ludwig,Rogers,Simmons,Roland Elect.,Gretsch, Premier.

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?

Art Blakey,Miles Davis,Buddy Miles,Louis Bellson,Joe Morello,Elvin Jones,Max Roach,Ed Thigpen,ZZ Top,Of Course Sly and the Family Stone,Jimi Hendricks,Tony Williams

Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?

Been in more bands than I can remember,Big Black(African Drummer),Eddie Henderson,Hadley Calliman,Willie BoBo,Hiroshima,Still Smokin,Sergio Mendes & Brazil 77,Bonaroo,Marauders

If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?

SPYRO GYRA, although I don't think I can mess with their drummer Bonnie B, he is one BAD ASS MF!

What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?

The Meadowlands,I could only guess it was Pele"s last game, the smallest was at the Caberet, FBKS. Alaska.

You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
