I've fiddled around with a guitar for about 13 years but only in these past 2 years have I really tried and taken it seriously.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
I don't remember the year I was in middle school Im 25 soon to be 26. It was Elton John and my parents took me.
What gear do you use?
Godin Kingpin 5th ave. is my favorite piece right now.
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Sublime. I was in my room cleaning listening to Backstreet boys or something and my much older much cooler sister came in and said you've gotta hear this song Santeria By Sublime. I still hold a special place in my heart for Sublime, but I enjoy all different kinds of music now.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I'm in a two piece that's just starting called Closed Eyes. I would call it a Folk/Blues/Punk band heavy on the traditional blues.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Shannon Hoon hands down. I love his style, his lyrics were amazing Blind Melon was looked over many times, just an awesome jam band.

You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
Sublime Stand by your van.... supremely shitty sound quality and it still rocks every time I hear it.. It's like Jazz I hear something new every time I throw it on.
