How long have you been playing?
I started violin when I was 4 years old, sang since I was a child & picked up guitar, mandolin, cello & piano along the way. Now I am working on several solo projects including a full length rock/pop musical.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
The first concert I recall was Linda Ronstadt (at an early age). My Mother & Grandmother brought me along & I loved every second of it!
What gear do you use?
I have a copy of a Stradivarius (violin) passed down from my Grandfather...a very special instrument that I perform on to this day! I have many favorite songs, but Bruch's Violin Concerto holds special meaning & emotion to me. I also have a Washburn thin body guitar (grey with sparkles) given as a gift, works well with my small fingers :) XO
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Many....mostly folk when I was young, Cat Stevens, Janis, James Taylor, Andrews Sisters, classical, etc...those were the records my parents/ grandparents had listened to, in my teen years I loved musicals & the 80's hair bands...Def Leppard being my obsession...LOL.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I have been blessed to be involved with many wonderful bands & musicians throughout the years, local & national...The most prominent projects I was involved with were/are The Recycled Angels, No Strings Attached, Sleighriders, Siren & currently The Chickadees.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Hands down...The Indigo Girls...i would love to harmonize with them & play a fiddle solo just once at a live show ;)
P.S. I'd love to jam with anyone...that is an impossible answer LOL!

What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
The largest? Possibly, Summerfest (Milwaukee, WI), the smallest...the intimate, cozy coffee shop setting on Milwaukee's East side...I have to say...I love & am truly grateful for ALL audiences!
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
Indigo Girls, "Indian's Nomads & Saints". I first heard their music in college passing by a dorm room & asked what music they were playing...Loved it right away & it is incredibly inspiring. I'd feel inspired (esp. by the song "Hammer & a Nail") enough to survive the desolation of being stuck on a desert island :)
