I started playing piano at 10 years old. I learned by ear from my cousin who learned from Jerry Lee Lewis records.

I have an Alesis QS8 keyboard. It has weighted keys and has the pest pure piano sound that i have come across for the price. I use mostly Hohner Blues Harps and a Sure 58 to sing and play harp through. I play through a crate amp and direct through the P.A.

I guess my biggest influence when i was just starting out on the keys was Jerry Lee Lewis.
I loved the way he could tickle the keys. Billy Powell from Skynard was a big influence as well.
As far as singing, i grew up with the Eagles.

I'm in a couple of bands. I play withe Aerial View Band from Charlotte NC and i freelance with other bands as well. I play with a Southern Rock band called the Taylor Brothers Band too. I have been jamming with them for a little over 23 years or so.
I played country music with The Moody Brothers Band when i was 16 to 19. After the Navy i played at Country City U.S.A. for about 4 or 5 years. I play shows with The Areal View Band and The Taylor Brothers Band at the moment.
