How long have you been playing?
I was 30 years old when I start singing. A band in my hometown heard me singing on Carneval and asked me if I could sing with them in their band and that´s how it all started
What was the first concert you ever went to?
1980 at Rhein Festival Loreley with my boyfriend.
What gear do you use?
I have a guitar,but I am not playing only a few cords.Dont have the time.
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
The Flower Power Music,german Schlager from the 70th,BAP,Spliff,Alan Parsons Project,Christopher Cross,all kinds of Oldies,........
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
Yes I am a singer in a band.Our name is RUSTY BONES we sing all kind of music,old and new,german and english,italian,spanish.I got introduced to the band through a friend,thats how we met.Yes we play a lot of Gigs.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Michael Bolton,i love his voice.Peter Maffay i think he is a great musician.And of course with my husband he got a wonderful voice and we match good together.And last but not least Eva Cassidy,if she was still alive,may she rest in the arms of the Lord,i never heart a voice as beautiful as hers.
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
The biggest was the Weinfest in Cochem on the river thats called Mosel.About 800-1000 people.The smallest was in church,sometimes I sing on weddings,funerals,Christmas events.
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
Eva Cassidy the album Songbird.First time I heard it was about 20 years ago.The music and her voive is made in heaven.
