How long have you been playing?
Well, i was 13-14 when i first saw Cliff Burton, while watching Metallica's Cliff 'em all on VHS.
I was shocked by what i saw him doing on a bass, so i told myself "i have to do that!!!"
when i was 15 i got my first bass, a Squier Bullet Bass, and a 75 watt Yamaha amp, lol!
I was so pumped!!!

What was the first concert you ever went to?
Hmm.....Judas Priest..Shove it up, Ram it down Tour! Joe Louis Arena in Detroit Michigan! Badass Show!!!
What gear do you use?
i have a G&L Tribute 5 string, which is my main 5 bass, but ive recntly been playing my Ibanez SR300M, great bass for the money, only 300 bucks, and i have no complaints, awesome budget bass! My favorite piece is my amp, TC Electronic BH500, Has everything you ever need, Tuner, Compression, Tube emulator, Great EQ, and a nice natural sound to the amp as well! Every bass player should try one!
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
probably between Metallica and Testament, all my friends were into them and i followed suit, i loved it!!!! Testament has the dual guitars screaming and harmonies and the Legendary vocals of Chuck Billy!! as for Metallica....Cliff Burton!
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
i was in a band called "Plaything" We played the tristate area for about 11 years, and after all that and a few of the guys building families, it came to a stop a few months ago, December 2011.....We had a great run, cool shows, fun times, great supporters!!!
Its funny, we met through brothers and sisters, high school friends, and so on....
We were jamming in Lyrae's(drummers sister) basement in 10th grade(1988) after that and down the road...the guitar player and i started jamming with Lyrae's little brother(our current drummer) in 2000 in the very same basement as we did 12 year earlier, lol!!
so after 8 years of writing, practicing and performing, we started to head in a different direction and added a guitarist/back up singer....things really heated up! we gelled better than ever, and had a new outlook! 2011 hits and the singer's wife got a major position with a huge company in another state, everything pretty much came to a close over the last few months....no hard feelings, life goes on...These days, i record and have fun playing while doing other things as well as music. Maybe one day i can see myself in a Jazz/Fusion act or something different!
