How long have you been playing?
I was 12 years old when I started playing my dad's guitar. I became a musician by making a lot of mistakes.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
hmmmm? Early 90's. Lodi grape festival, I saw "Rain", The Best Beatles Tribute band of all time!!! I went with my family. I remember feeling like I really got to see the Beatles!
What gear do you use?
Good ole workhorse "Excalibur": Tex mex strat, I've had over a decade
But my fav is my St.Blues Bluescaster IV, its pretty much a tele with hotter pickups with a bridge humbucker through a 59' Fender Bassman = Heaven

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Hands down The Beatles. I got hooked after the Beatles Anthology aired on cable back in 96. We taped it off the tv and I watched it every damn day. They are still uniquely amazing to me individually as well as a group. Not just their sheer gift of music making and performing but their charisma is off the charts.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
"Plan B", a courageous raw classic rock power trio. WE play shows just about every weekend. A few bands I have been in over the years: OPJ, Screw spencer, Insighter, The Good Life, Wooden Horse, When Lights Flash, Evergreen Dub, Jack Be Nimble, The Fly, I Miss Nepal
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Hendrix, why? Why not?
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
I have played 100's of shows, big and small. But I would have to say the deciding factor on what made it memorable or not would have to be the energy and chemistry within the band. When we gel, its magic.
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
THe Beatles WHite album, first off its a double album so more songs the better, and second it rocks. If you've never had the pleasure, please have it.
