How long have you been playing?

First paying gig at age 15, but I think I became a musician at about the age of 6.

What was the first concert you ever went to?

ACDC and the Angels at Sidney Myer Music Bowl, erm,1980?

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?

Ludwig van Beethoven and Fats Waller

Neo-Penguin, Barbara, Barroworn, The Dead Salesmen, The Hope Addicts,The High Horses Silver Ray - last Silver Ray show was in 2007.

If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?

The Rolling Stones

What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?

Biggest - 8,000 in Athens with Silver Ray supporting Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds. Smallest? Empty bar with Silver Ray at the Town Hall Hotel in North Melbourne - we didn't bother playing the 2nd set.

You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?

PJ Harvey - Let England Shake. Doubt I will get sick of this mysterious and wonderful record anytime soon.
