Got My Mojo Working YesSir's cover of this classic Muddy Waters version of a 1956 song written by Preston Foster and first recorded by Ann Cole It's a bit cramped and breathless, but I think you get some idea of being there, even from this limited view! Speaking from a personal point of view, musicianship sometimes gets sacrificed in the name of 'crazy dancing foolery', so make allowances for the harpman's age! :-))

Walking On Clouds - Glenn Basham and Mark Taylor Mark had asked me a while back if I would add lyrics and a vocal melody to his original instrumental piece called "Walking On Clouds". Well, I recently found the time to grant him his request. Here it is. I added my words and vocals to his piece and created a final mix. We hope you enjoy it. If you want to hear the original instrumental version, you can check it out on Mark Taylor's page.

By Simplexity Progressive Rock Band from Buffalo NY. Members Gordo Bennett, Andrew Noto and Ted Chubbuck Sr. Simplexity is a group formed in 1980/1981 with the intent to create music that we liked to play. As it turned out it evolved into a group with just a drummer and guitar player. After many years of listening to tons of progressive and fusion groups we decided to write our own music. Many years passed and this music is the result of tireless hours of rehearsal and work in our home studios. Band consists of drummer Ted Chubbuck Sr. who has been playing drums for over 49 years. He has played in several local groups but consistantly kept the group Simplexity together. After many variations he came across guitar player Gordo Bennett who has been playing guitar for over 40 years. After jamming with Gordo he decided to move the group in it's current direction. 25 years later this is the result of much work and many rehearsals. The music that is on this site now is somewhere around 10 years old. This is part of the CD called "Event Horizon" We are currently working on our new project called "Black and White". We will post more music as we finish the mixing. As we look at it, we sound like everybody but no one in particular. Could not categorize it. Maybe you can. Hope you enjoy it as we did in putting it all together. We are happy to announce that we have found a bass player. Andrew Noto will be the new member of Simplexity. Andrew Noto, 3rd born son of BeBop Jazz Trumpet player Sam Noto, comes from a very musical family indeed. Introduced to PROG at an early age by his older brothers, Andrew has been playing bass since 1979. He has extensive stage experience, and is influenced by such PROG players as Chris Squire, Geddy Lee and Greg Lake to name only a few....A Nice fit for Simplexity.... More info will follow.
