How long have you been playing?
Have been acquiring various skills and knowledge for about 12 or so years. I asked my mother nicely for a guitar when I was about 12 years old and she made good on it one Christmas a couple years later. Since then I have been dedicated to the creation of original music.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
I don't wanna talk about it.
What gear do you use?
Hagstrom F20. Technically an F20T but I have no tremolo bar installed.
Washburn Idol 14. Which is pretty much the economy class Idol from the series.
Oscar Schmidt OX10. This one has been entirely customized for use as a slide guitar.
Digitech RP155 amp/effects modeler. Mostly handy for the USB friendly recording and wonderful software available for digital interface.
Digitech Grunge pedal which is absolutely stellar. Best 35 dollars ever spent.
Amplifiers are the standard 15watt practice amp and the stage worthy 75-watt Peavey Bandit 112 Transtube.
It would be hard to choose a favorite piece since I use them all for different things.

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Nirvana. Very cliche I know. However, there are rare instances when true greatness is recognized by mainstream culture. Nirvana is a prime example. The song writing abilities of Kurt Cobain are timeless in my opinion. The original album "Bleach" came out when I was 4 years old but is probably the most called upon album in a collection of some 400 artists I listen to.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
Nothing that has lasted or developed.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
This could turn into a list that goes on and on .. it would be too painful to choose one.
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
A bar or a park. Wouldn't know how many people since I focus on myself and getting the music out. Most memorable would probably be the Olympic Plaza night.
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
That is probably going to be Pink Floyd's live album version of "P.U.L.S.E.".
I would pick it because it has most of the truly great Floyd material and only being able to bring one album you are going to want most of the 70's stuff and late 80's stuff.
I first heard that concert in it's entirety probably 10 years ago when it was first released on DVD.
Why do I like it ? .. Because David Gilmour is the greatest. Period.
