How long have you been playing?
I've been playing the piano since a child and making up music since then pretty much. Taught myself how to play the guitar at 14.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
First concert would have to be the ones they had at the Church behind the house I grew up in. I know that is not what this question is asking me though, sort of. :-) First real big star I saw was James Brown in Harrisburg, PA, so many years ago, I've lost count. :-)

Baldwin piano, M-Audio key studio, Fender Stratocaster, Martin
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Biggest musical influence were the greats such as Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Mendelsohn, the Big Bands, The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Joan Baez, Buffy Sainte-Marie, Ian & Sylvia, Doors, Rolling Stones, Janis Joplin, Righteous Brothers, The Temptations, The Supremes, James Brown

High School spring play to hundreds. Most memorable was during practice here at home to an audience of squirrels and stray cats. :-)

Wake Up Call is an improvisational piece with trumpet playing the lead. Flutes lead for a time with orchestral strings providing some counterpoint, depth & height. The beginning of the piece has an unusual percussion sound via synth sounds which echoes a dreamlike sort of alarm clock or antique sped up telegraph tapping in the background. This is a seven minute improvisational orchestration and the trumpet leads the charge in its Wake Up Call. Hope you will enjoy.
