My friend died around a year ago. He suffered on cancer. Time of mourning is over now. In the past 2 months I reconstructed this little Hard Rock sucker to one of my favourite tunes I ever did in that genre. It will always remind me how invaluable health and life is. "Kill Jeff Fiorentino" a.k.a. I want to kill Jeff Fiorentino is a tension filled Hard Rock Guitar Riff Monster of a track with a killer guitar solo and very moody hook riff. The song's title "Kill Jeff Fiorentino" stems from something a fan of mine said when I ran into him on 3rd Street here in my home town of Santa Monica, CA. It's a metaphor of course. He meant my playing made him want to burn his guitar. Obviously being not just a recording artist but a well known and established online guitar instructor I was taken-a-back by this comment a little, but I got his sentiment.
