Hi there Brothers. For tonight's release I'm keepin' it light and fun. This tune is called "Vitamin-C" Its 80's retro-pop. Its part of a CD I recorded 1/1/2013 fairly new. It features One of my favorite Southern Oregon Brothers "William Creswell" on vocal. We wrote and recorded 8 songs in one day because that's all the time we had. I was very happy with the results. Guitar: Four Pounds a Day (Including lyrics and chords) Yesterday I uploaded the song "Four Pence A Day". I was prompted to do so having heard this parody on it written by Stan Kelly and Eric Winter and performed by the Ian Campbell Folk Group. Stan Kelly also wrote "The Liverpool Lullaby" and "I Wish I Was Back In Liverpool", both of which I have uploaded at some time. Four Pence A Day was from the nineteenth century, but this one is from the middle of the twentieth century. It is a bit of a tongue-in-cheek vision of the English working man who according to the song was quite happy to get paid for doing nothing when rained off!! The language slips into the vernacular at times, so please if you are offended by such language, do not watch this video!!!!
