When I was 16 I stopped playing baseball and my parents asked me "well.........what the hell are ya gonna do now?" Haha. No one in my family is a musician but I all music lovers. I grew up hearing my parents listen to Sabbath, Journey, Genesis, Deep Purple, etc and was like "you know what, I'm gonna play guitar". Long story short, been heavily addicted ever since.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
2000, Metallica/Creed/Kid Rock/Sevendust at Tropicana Field in Tampa FL. EVERY metalhead is a Metallica fan somehow. The energy they gave when I saw them, I'll never forget.
What gear do you use?
Guerilla Trench Electric, Alvarez Classical. Fave electric piece "Altitudes" - Jason Becker Fave Classical piece "Recuerdos de la Alhambra" - Francisco Tarrega
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Ozzy. The mix of great guitar players he had each added their own spice to Ozzy. So much non-stop great music. I got into Ozzy hearing "Crazy Train" on the radio and that quickly snowballed, I mean REAL quick.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
No bands at the moment.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Jason Becker. If anyone knows his story it's beyond remarkable. His love for music inspires me. Not to mention how ridiculously sick of a guitar player he was.
