I have been performing locally in Northern Nevada for several years. I have participated in fundraising events, such has Kids and Horses Minden Nevada, Northern Nevada Sierra Star Search, Relay for Life, Reno Alzheimers Research, Cystinosis Research Foundation of Southern California, The National Anthem for the 2011 Jr. Natl' Womens' Golf Tournament, and also, invited to Sing The National Anthem for 550 troops returning from Iraq, National Anthem at the Carson Valley Magiko Event, Starbound Vocal Competition, and Spotlight Vocal competition in Reno Nevada, Magic on the Mic Reno Nevada Freight House. My most recent success was this past November 2011, I put together, organized and promoted a fundraiser for The World Food Program where myself along with eight other performers helped to raise awareness and money for those struggling from the drought in Africa. Comma Coffee was generous enough to host the event! I often sing at local mics here in Reno, Carson City ,Minden and my favorite spot, The Red Dog Saloon in Virgina City. I recorded my first demo Cd in 2008, and just finished my new EP this spring, with my original music, recorded in San Francisco at Broken Radio Recording Studio. Love to sing, and write!

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
I have really loved listening to the old blues, and soul performers, like Etta James, and Sarah Vaughn, I love the classic Beatles, but I also have love for modern day blues players like Johnny Lang
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
No, I really would love to have a band, I feel like I would be able to grow so much more as a vocalist with musicians sharing ideas.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
I think it would be fun to sing with so many form the past and present. Of course Etta James, but also bands like The Allman Brothers, Los Lonely Boys, Johnny Lang,Ceel Lo Green, Melissa Etheridge, too styles and artisits to list!
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
The biggest audience was for about 1,500, when I sang the National Anthem for US troops returning from Iraq. The smallest group was when I sang at an open mic in Virgina City Nevada, at The Red Dog Saloon, there were maybe ten people, I had a great time!
