Been playing Guitar for 21 yrs and singing live for 12 yrs.... I love to throwdown on the bass as well. I still cant wait to play the next session and I am usually the last person who wants to end the infamous jam/practice/recording sessions. I guess I have never really had an "off" button........
What was the first concert you ever went to?
My first "official" concert was (Ozzy (Bark At The Moon) and Motley Crue (Shout At The Devil) in 1984. AWESOME CONCERT!!. It was at the old Met Center in Bloomington, MN where partying in the parking lot before the concert didn't get you arrested/kicked out and concerts were considered an actual event.
What gear do you use?
GUITARS-1998 Gibson Les Paul Classic, Header Guitar (one I built myself), 1980ish Fernandez P-bass, Conn Classical Guitar (my first guitar), 1890s P Benson Parlor guitar (still need to be refurbished)
AMPS- 1993 Fender M-80 chorus twin, Sunn Bass Head with Fender bottom.

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
There are so many to list since I grew up in a home that had speakers in every room of the house. My parents were always playing music of many different genres, all the time, but I would definatly have to say "Kiss" is my first and biggest musical/theatrical influence hands down. It seems everytime I had friends over, Doc would have to pull out the KISS and crank it UP !!! And I still do that today and they still say the same thing.

Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I am in the rock band "IGUANA". It was named after 2 Iguanas that my brother and I (Rock Lexington/ Drummer) had back in the day. People who met Spike and Marley (Our Iguanas R.I.P.) watched us play our early days music, and had said that it reminded them of the way of the lizard and we should be called "IGUANA"......and "IGUANA" was born. "IGUANA" has always been my passion... but I have played in 2 other bands in the past and am currently in a second band right now. To protect our identity, I cannot reveal the names of these bands.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
I would love to play a few sets with Pink Floyd...... Just the way they tie there songs together and trance the crowd is amazing !!!
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
All depends, I have played on about 10 "live" similcasted cable TV shows with a potential viewing audience of 600,000+ each time. My biggest live venue is a little over 800 fans. Anything over 400+ people..... the crowd starts sounding more like a lions ROAR than a kittys MEOOW !! Cant imagine what 30,000 fans would sound like...... My smallest venue was 2 people (the sound guy and a girlfriend of a band member). There were more fans when we first started, but it was a sunday night and we were the last band. We played an awesome set like their was 300 people in there......
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
Pink Floyd "The Wall" It supplies me with the most tools to make music with on the island. There would be so many accompanying instruments I could make from the islands resources I would literally be in HEAVEN !!!
