Throughout my life, from childhood, music has been calling me. I know Im a late bloomer, but who woulda guessed I wouldnt have really got the vision till my 50's. Once writing and or playing gets you, there's no turning back. Id been writing songs for 30 years, then it dawned on me, Play.One of the most encouraging things Ive learned, is, never believe you cant; that's a lie, no matter how true it feels, the same goes for improving; Ive learned the Truth, if you dedicate to practice and dont ferget the Fun, your brain has no choice but to go along with it.Yeah, You will have to learn from a variety, many others. No one has the perfect lesson for you, except the case of what I said, dont believe the lies. Music is a Powerful communication tool, and an excellant ellement for enjoyment. Without music, we would only speak in mono tone. Music is as much a part of humanity, as much as feelings and thoughts and passions and needs

I got about 8 guitars;acoustic, electric,also base, 12 string elect acoustic a buncha harmonicas, keyboard, tamboreen, mic's, amps, drums equpitment, even a damn xylophone that some dumbass threw away and my lovn wife brought home; an an attitue of unending love fer music mixed with a healty dose of FTW

My dads mom tried showing me guitar as a little boy, several of my school age friends tried showing me guitar, I started harmonica at early teens, had several stringed instruments throughout my life that got broken or taken. Growing up visiting my moms parents house, hearing my uncles and their friends play bluegrass, like my uncle Tommy Auldridge, Mike Auldridge, and Dave Auldridge. As soon as I could drive, I was always zooming off to a bluegrass festival back in the 70's. Nowdaze, my biggest influence is how I recognise gifted entertainers, like, Ray Wylie Hubbard for example; If I not only really enjoy the songs, but they fill me with creativity myself, well then, that is pure influence

At Lava Rock Lounge in Montgomery Texas, I think had the largest number of people. In the Park, when no one was there but little animals. I'll never forget some of my biggest mistakes; Playing one of my saddest songs at a wake, realy spaced me out, and playing at a big resturant party on a stool where my guitar kept sliding down my leg, bad setup. It's not easy to have fun when those kinds of things happen, but you just go on and do it for the love.
