What was the first concert you ever went to?
First concert was B52's in 1980 at the Hordern Pavilion, had free tickets, the vocals and songs were amazing, best would be Stevie Ray Vaughan at the Sydney Opera House in 1984, Johnny Winter at Selina's (same era the 80's} and the best sound and tone on stage Jethro Tull at the State Theatre
What gear do you use?
Fender Blues Junior & Marshall JCM 900 Amp 50w, 1993 Gibson Les Paul Standard, 2004 Gibson SG61 Reissue, 2006 Gibson CJ165 Acoustic Guitar & a Epiphone Sheraton II.

Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Jimi Hendrix (biggest musical influence) - 'Electric Ladyland", Deep Purple- Machinehead - Ritchie Blackmore, Pink Floyd - Dark Side of The Moon, The Beatles, Rolling Stones, The Who, Led Zeppelin, ACDC, Chuck Berry, Supertramp.

I have played in lots of covers & originals bands over the years including the Wantoks, Two Big Words, Still Crazy, Stonehenge, Delve, Timelords, Sixties Sensation, Take U Back, Maggies Boys, Framed Music.

I performed solo "Waltzing Matilda" with my old 1970 SG thru a 1970 Marshall stack with lots of feedback, and soon after my band "Still Crazy" came on stage to play the rest of the gig, over 800 people, a great night.
Smallest approx 4 people @ Petersham Hotel with a full rock band & PA - the band got $12, now that's $3 bucks each, good thing the PA was supplied for free by the venue, hehe

A Dream of Red Mansions describes the life and declining fortunes of a large feudal family. At the heart of the novel is a tragic love story between Jia Baoyu, Lin Daiyu, and Xue Baochai. The author, instead of telling the love story superficially, tries to tap the social origins of the tragedy through probing deeply into the characters' minds and the complicated relationships among them, hence exposing the hypocrisy and cruelty of feudalism and the decadence of the ruling class.
