Was feeling the Blues. decided to do this to pass the time.

How long have you been playing?
I learned to play in 1974. We had a high school band in which I played off and on until about 1978. I subsequently put down my guitar from back then until 2009 when me and a brethren (Gerald Belnavis) from back then were reasoning about possible entertainment ideas for our upcoming Home Coming being planned by our Past Students Association. The idea of a Past Student band came up and I decided that there was no way those guys would be on-stage having fun with me in the audience. I would have to be back on-stage with them. Took up the guitar once again and I been playing since then. There's my story. Pathetic I know but its true.

What was the first concert you ever went to?
1966. Jamaica. Went with my cousins. Yes it is/was a very memorable event
What gear do you use?
Fender Stratocaster American Standard - Sunburst. Maple fretboard. Line 6 HD500 multi-effects board. Line 6 Relay G50 wireless guitar system. Laney Powered speaker system. Palmer Acoustic Electric.
What are you looking for from Fandalism?
Who's online, interactive chat. Make it more of a real social website/portal. Allow for collaboration between musicians with video/audio mixing tools etc. Just my thoughts.
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Peter Tosh playing lead in The Wailers band. In later years Malcolm Young of AC/DC. Gerald Belnavis playing lead back in high school too. Wayne Perkins on Catch A Fire album (Stir It Up).
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
Was in a school band many many years ago (1970's). Played with them on and off for a while.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Jimy Graham. Bluesician. He's a very good friend of mine and he's right up there with all the great guitarists. Would love to jam with Gerald and Donovan Belnavis (Ruff Kutt) too. Would also love to jam with Emmett North, Clint Fitzgerald, Franck Szypura , Sticky Sugar Hopkins and others too numerous to mention.
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?

Ancestral Blues: A song and video dedicated to the memories of the ancestors.. Consisting of four guitar tracks. This is supposed to be very sad and mournful. Hope you like it. Please feel free to leave your comments.

I did this blues jam today.15-12-12 Its a kinda pop blues cross over. Did some overdubbing. This consists of about four separate guitar tracks all of which I composed . Please tell me what you think. All comments are welcome. I have renamed it Blades of Grass because of the very thick, lush and engaging flow of sounds from the various guitars. Again thanks to my sweetheart Line6 HD500 Multi-Effects Board. Tones & effects: Rhythm guitar 1 (Tri-chorus and tube compressor), Rhythm guitar 2 (Custom Chrome Wah), Lead guitar 1 ( Tube Compressor & Reverb), Lead guitar 2 (Tube Compressor) Also used a Noise Gate with all four tracks. Amps: Fender Twin Reverb and the Hiwatt DR-103.

A Blues Jam in A minor. I played around in and out of what I believed is called the Secret Pentatonic Scale. It is supposed to be happy and light, showing people having fun. Please let me know what you think. Did I succeed in communicating this through music? Am hoping that I did.

A Blues track in B minor. Laid a guitar track over it. The tone is one which I crafted. A very simple tone, consisted of a Phaser, Rotary Drum and a Smart harmony effect. Track was in B minor so Smart Harmony was set to B minor, apart from that all the defaults were used.

The is my first original. Was jamming with another guitarist (Stugo) and this came to me afterwards. Still very rough, I believe this one can be big so am gonna refine it and organise the phrases a little differently so this is what we may call a rough draft. The hook sounds a bit like 'My Mama" so I chose to us that as the name of this piece. ALL comments are welcome. ENJOY!!!

Was feeling just a bit bored and decided to do this. There are a few 'slips' in this one but, there was no rehearsal for this. I just plugged in and did it. Please be very gentle with your comments. LOL LOL LOL
